USD/CHF still has downside potential
FXStreet (Moscow) - USD/CHF resumed the slide down reaching 3-week low at 0.8902.
USD/CHF has its own reasons
It looked like USD/CHF reached the bottom at 0.8930, but recent move below posting 3-week low at 0.8902 may pave the way for another run down. The USD has lost its popularity recently, giving good chances for such a move. Worse than expected retail sales, and potentially weak Consumer Confidence index scheduled for tonight may be strong enough catalysts to break 0.8900 support level with 0.8862 to follow.
What are today’s key USD/CHF levels?
Today's central pivot point can be found at 0.8955 with support below at 0.8900, 0.8862, and 0.8807, with resistance above at 0.8993, 0.9048, and 0.9086. Hourly Moving Averages are largely bearish, with the 200SMA at 0.8998 and the daily 20EMA flat at 0.9002. Hourly RSI is neutral at 34.
