FXStreet (Bali) - Stanley Fischer, vice chairman of the Federal Reserve, is speaking on Shadow Banking Regulation, with no headlines related to the economy nor monetary policy being reported. During the Q&A though, Fische made a comment on the USD, noting that the Fed did not plan a depreciation of the currency.
