A source familiar with agenda talks said the top priority for House Republicans is healthcare now, as per Reuters reports. During the daily briefing, U.S. House Speaker Ryan said on Tuesday Republican lawmakers are having productive talks on a new healthcare reform bill, and added that it's premature to say where they are or what they are on because they are at that conceptual stage right now and it was too soon to say if and when a new proposal would be put forth.
