Saudi Arabia's Energy Minister Khalid Al-Falih was out on the wires in the last hour, via Reuters, and raised concerns about low investment levels, potential shortages in the future. 

Meanwhile, WTI crude oil maintained its strong bid ton and held on to its daily strong gains above the $70.00/barrel mark, the highest level since November 2014.
