Senior Chinese diplomat: China-US Trade talks have achieved 'much positive progress'

According to Reuters, senior Chinese diplomat Wang Yi said that the China-U.S. trade talks had achieved 'much positive progress,' adding that he hoped to see both countries reaching a mutually beneficial agreement on Trade. 

Earlier in the day, while speaking to reporters in Beijing ahead of the next round of trade talks, U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said that he was looking forward to productive discussions with China on trade and added that the U.S. hoped to make substantial progress in this week's negotiations.
